Plumier (“we”, “us”) is operated by Reza Jahangir. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Questions: arjtss@yahoo.com.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address (to create your account and send sign-in links).
  • Style quiz answers: the choices you make in the quiz, used to generate your style identity.
  • Outfit photos: images you upload for AI feedback. Stored privately and only accessible to you when signed in.
  • AI results: your identity card and outfit critiques.
  • Usage & technical data: number of analyses used, and security logs (with anonymised IP addresses) kept for up to 90 days.

How we use it (legal basis, GDPR Art. 6)

  • To provide the service you asked for — quiz, identity card, outfit analysis (performance of a contract).
  • To secure the service and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
  • To send your sign-in links and essential service messages (performance of a contract).
  • We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

Who processes your data

  • Anthropic — your outfit photo and quiz context are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate feedback.
  • Hostinger — hosts the site and database.
  • MailerLite — email.
  • Lemon Squeezy — processes payments (only once paid plans launch; not active yet).
  • Cloudflare — content delivery and security.

Data retention

  • Your account, identity card, and outfit history are kept until you delete them or ask us to.
  • Security logs: up to 90 days.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. Email arjtss@yahoo.com and we’ll respond within the legal timeframe. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Cookies & local storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage to remember your quiz progress. Analytics cookies load only if you accept them.

Children

Plumier is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll post the new effective date here.
